Refund policy

For any unused product you wish to return we need to be advised within 14 days of purchase either by phone or email. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We aim to process the refund within a few days of receiving them.

Please note we charge a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover the work originally carried out setting and testing the valve and also the work we will need to do on its return to get it ready for resale.

Also note that any valve that is drilled to order, such as the NABIC 520 or Bailey 746, cannot be returned for a refund.
